Lavender Lemonade Recipe

Lavender is known for its nervous system calming effects and has long been used to decrease anxiety and induce relaxation. Lemons are great for blood cleansing and are just simply refreshing – especially during the hot seasons of the year.

  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 Tbsp Lavender (Dried or Fresh)
  • 1/4 cups Honey (or 1/2 cup sugar if that’s what you have available).
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice (Approx 5-8 lemons depending on the size)
  • Zest of 1 Lemon (optional)
  • 4 cups Filtered Water

Directions:

  1. Steep lavender in boiling water for approximately 10-20 minutes.
  2. Add filtered water and lemon juice to a jug.
  3. Once the lavender infusion is ready add the honey (or sugar) and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add lavender infusion to lemonade jug.
