Shipping & Local Pick-up

  • Local Pick-up is available in Maple Ridge (East), not far from the city center. Once your order has been processed and completed, you will receive an email indicating where to pick up your order (check your spam folder for the emails please). If you are in a rush to pick up your order, please email using the contact form or via instagram, and I will see what I can do depending on the items purchased.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed (This Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

  • Shipping via Canada Post: Once your order has been processed your order will be shipped out via Canada Post. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped and you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number (check your spam folder for emails please).
We ship via Canada Post. All Canadian orders are sent expedited with tracking.

  • FREE SHIPPING on Canadian orders OVER $99 (excluding wholesale orders)
  • $15 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders UNDER $99 within Canada

If you are waiting for an email for your order confirmation/receipt or to pick up your order, but have not received anything yet. PLEASE check your spam folder as domain-based email addresses often end up there!

 USA ORDERS (We only ship to Canada and the US):
  •  FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 (excluding wholesale orders)
  •  $22 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders under $200 within the US
International Orders
    SMC Holistics is not responsible for paying any fees or customs charges. The fees and customs charges are to be paid by the purchaser of the products and goods. We currently only ship within Canada and the United States.

SMC Holistics is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact Canada Post if your tracking number says your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it.
