Radiance Dandelion Leaf Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut water (or your favourite nut milk or water)
- 1/2 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1 Handful of Dandelion Greens
- 1 Handful of Spinach (frozen or fresh)
- optional – a splash of aloe vera juice
You may need to add a little more liquid depending on the water content of ingredients used as well as the type of blender you have.
Pineapple helps to combat the bitterness of the dandelion greens. In addition, it contains an enzyme called bromelain – which is a powerful digestive enzyme and anti-inflammatory.

*Many grocery stores including save-on-foods carries dandelion greens if you don’t have access to fresh, unpolluted and unsprayed dandelions.
