If you are experiencing sore or tired muscles, our Menthol Holistic Salve is the soothing addition your body needs. The menthol in our salve encourages your muscles to relax, while it will cool your inflamed achy body. Massage into areas of discomfort. Wash hands immediately after use and avoid contact with eyes. If you are using our holistic salves for arthritic relief, it may take up to two weeks before you notice its effects. You can also apply our menthol salve to the chest and back of adults to help during cold and flu season. For headaches, simply rub a very small dab of the salve into your temples being very careful to avoid your eye area. It can also be applied to the base of the neck and shoulder if this is where your headache is stemming from.
*Menthol is not recommended for children under 10 years old as menthol is too cooling for the respiratory system of children. Never use menthol, peppermint, or eucalyptus on children.

I highly recommend this product. I had a shoulder pain that so bad it went up my neck and was giving me extremely bad headaches that were making me sick. My friend gave me some of this muscle rub and by the next day it was soooo much better the next night I used it again and you would never have known my pain was so bad just a few days ago.
