This recipe is so easy, requires very few ingredients, and is so delicious and creamy. Add whichever topping you would like to suit your palate!
This recipe will make 2 large servings
- 3 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk (add more if needed for blending)
- 2-3 tsp Cacao Powder
- Collagen Powder (optional)
Blend together in a high-powered blender. Spoon into a bowl, or cup and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!
We like to use chia seeds (my 3-year-old calls them little beans), cacao nibs for a nice crunch, nut butter of your choice, and chopped nuts (pecans are my favorite).
