Easy Chocolate Banana Ice cream

This recipe is so easy, requires very few ingredients, and is so delicious and creamy. Add whichever topping you would like to suit your palate!

This recipe will make 2 large servings

  • 3 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk (add more if needed for blending)
  • 2-3 tsp Cacao Powder
  • Collagen Powder (optional)

Blend together in a high-powered blender. Spoon into a bowl, or cup and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!

We like to use chia seeds (my 3-year-old calls them little beans), cacao nibs for a nice crunch, nut butter of your choice, and chopped nuts (pecans are my favorite).
